Vertical City Tower

LOCATION: Barcelona, Spain
BUILT-UP AREA: 10,000 m2

The building will give a sense of identity to the precinct. The design is based on strong sustainable principles that respond to the local site environment. The internal walls take advantage of temperature gradient of the local climate and the landscape on each floor that assist in cooling the towers and reduce energy consumption.
