This project is a leisure facilities addition to Addis Ababa Sheraton hotel. This Luxury Collection hotel complained about the lack of leisure, exercise facilities since its initial design and opening. Innovators were commissioned to add these facilities to compliment the hotel. The site is located within the boundaries of Sheraton Hotel on a hill with an excellent view overlooking the city with the total built up area is 31,400 m2. The estimate project cost is US $ 25 million. The project consists of: Health club, Olympic and Open tennis courts, Olympic swimming pool, Restaurants, Bungalow villas, Row houses, Hotel Owner main villa, three other VIP villas. The project estimated cost is 25 million USD.
